Talking Libraries
Consultant Rob Cullin unveiled a plan for expansion of libraries in Lincoln County to a joint meeting of the County Commissioners and Library Board on Tuesday (Jan. 24th).  If approved, the plan would more than double the size of the libraries over the next ten years.
