Outstanding Felony Warrants Served In March Vehicle Larceny

LINCOLNTON, N.C. - On Saturday, April 15, 2017, Lincolnton Police Department officers arrested Sebastian Christopher Ginestri, AKA “King Savage.” Ginestri was arrested and served with outstanding felony warrants resulted from a criminal investigation conducted by Det. Tony Potts of the Lincolnton Police Department.  The felony warrants were for larceny of a motor vehicle and conspiracy. 

Det. Potts investigated a case that was reported to the Lincolnton Police Department on March 30, 2017 in which a victim reported his vehicle stolen.  The victim listed Ginestri as a possible suspect.  Ginestri was located by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputies in the stolen vehicle a few days later and a vehicle pursuit ensued.  The stolen vehicle was recovered and returned to the victim. 

Ginestri was placed in the Lincoln County Jail with a $10,000 secured bond on these charges.  He was also given a first appearance court date of Monday, April 17, 2017, in Lincoln County District Court on these charges. 

Ginestri has pending charges of felony larceny of a motor vehicle, felony conspiracy, felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle, felony flee to arrest, and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile in addition to this case.
