Living Healthy With Diabetes Workshops Begins April 26

LINCOLNTON, N.C.  A 6-week Living Healthy With Diabetes workshop will be held April 26 through May 21 (One per week for 6-weeks) on Wednesdays from 2 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the Denver Fire Department.

This workshop will help you take control of your Diabetes rather than letting it control you!

If you have diabetes and you want to learn more about managing your disease then this workshop is for you.

  • By attending this FREE workshop one time per week for 6-weeks, you will learn how to
  • Manage symptoms
  • Eat healthier and read nutrition labels
  • Communicate effectively with your doctor and other health care professionals
  • Keep your blood sugar in check
  • Lessen your frustration
  • Make daily tasks easier
  • Fight fatigue and pain
  • And… Get more out of life!
