LINCOLNTON, N.C. – On Sunday, August 6, after the morning worship service, at Emmanuel Lutheran Church on South Aspen Street ground was broke for a Columbarium and Prayer Garden. Pastor Michael Collins led the ceremony where the construction was set to begin on Wednesday, August 9 next to the church.

The Moser family, the family of Charles and Mary Helen Wallace, and the family of Ben and Emily Robinson contributed to the Columbarium and Prayer Garden fund along with other members of Emmanuel and the community.
