CROUSE, N.C. - To be able to live for over 100 years is amazing and beyond that is a blessing.
Pansy Tallent Ritchie was born April 6, 1918 in Lincoln County to the late Doc Miller Tallent and Cleo Pendleton Tallent.
Pansy’s family includes her daughter Pat Hayes, grandchildren Michelle McSwain, Stephanie Richards (Ken) and Brian Hayes (Beth) and great-grandchildren Alexis McSwain and Sean Hayes.
Pansy is a faithful member of Crouse United Methodist Church and was a former first grade teacher at Cherryville Elementary for 25 years. She loved to travel visiting China, the Holy Land, Australia, the United Kingdom and many other interesting places.
Cheers for your 102 years of life full of love, memories and joy. Happy Birthday Pansy!
