LINCOLNTON––Lincoln County Senior Services has something for everyone.
That’s the word this week from department spokeswoman Darlene Stroupe. March is a busy month at the Lincoln County Senior Center, and Stroupe told us all about it.
Every Tuesday, 10-11:30 a.m., the senior center holds its bluegrass jam. Local bluegrass musicians are invited to come in and jam or just listen to the music.
On the first Tuesday of every month, there’s a smart phone/tablet clinic, 1-3 p.m., for those wanting help with these handheld devices.
“If you have a smart phone or tablet you have questions about, bring it for a one-on-one question-and-answer session,” said Stroupe.
She added that the next such class is April 7.
