Telephone Living Healthy 6-Week Workshop Registration

LINCOLNTON, N.C. – Learn ways to improve your health from the comfort and safety of your own home with this at-home Tool Kit & Telephone Workshop from Centralina Health Solutions and Lincoln County Senior Services.

Join this 6-week one hour workshop and talk weekly with people just like you who deal with a chronic condition, such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure and many other conditions. If you missed the first series of the workshop the class will be offered again April 14, 21, 28 and May 5, 12, 19 (all at 10 a.m.)
