LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Joseph Jerome Phelps, 47, of Lincolnton transitioned on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 in Lincolnton.

He was born in Lincoln County on July 23, 1976 to Vernon Banks and the late Joann Phelps.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Providence Missionary Baptist Church at 12 noon. The family will receive friends at 11 a.m.
