Operate heavy equipment including but not limited to marine forklifts, travel lifts, and hydraulic trailers. Be able to operate machinery efficiently, effectively and demonstrate safe handling of vessels. Use equipment to move vessels in and out of water, to designated workspace, storage or sales areas. Assemble cases during downtime in preparation for the next run. Notify Lead of seal problems and bag defects. Manually close bags and rotate in the bag fill position when running paper bag products. Assist in cleaning and sanitization at end of week cleaning.

Performs scheduled plant inspections and serves as Operator in Responsible Charge of assigned systems. Monitors gauges, meters and control panels; and controls variations and operating conditions of the treatment process; records readings.
