MASA MIXER    JOB NUMBER    12682907  Load bags of masa flour into masa mixer. Inspect and load grinding stones into grinding machine. Load buckets with masa from masa mixer or corn grinder. Follow formulas to add correct amount of water and other ingredients to the masa mix. Alternate with oven operator if is need it. Bring products from warehouse as needed to continue mixing process. Help relieve or assist packing rooms operations as directed by Supervisor.

AREA MANAGER II JOB NUMBER    12681458

Manages assigned region to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Determines appropriate staffing levels, establishes service level standards and operating procedures, and implements policies and procedures as needed to ensure facilities and operations run safely and smoothly. Oversees the safety program for the area. May serve on Emergency Call or Relief Call.

MECHANIC/PACKAGING JOB   NUMBER 12680437  Responsible for the maintenance, changeover, and set-up of Packaging equipment to ensure production goals are met. Responsible for ensuring all Packaging equipment is operating while meeting all safety requirements. Responsible to effectively communicate all major line breakdowns and changeover information to direct supervisor and shift supervisor. Must have the ability to work independently when required and/or as a team when required.

MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE JOB   NUMBER 12678199 Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced in assigned production area. Follows the directions/instructions of the team leader and/or supervisor. Monitors all assigned machines. Follow all standards, certifications, and training manual procedures and specifications daily concerning tasks such as handling rejects and scrap. Utilizes various measuring tools to ensure products are conformed to visual and dimensional specifications.

PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN JOB   NUMBER 12676403 Conduct inspections to determine the source of pest activity. Select and build a solution of products and services to remedy pest presence. Perform pest treatments and install products to create a pest-free environment. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment. Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits. 

QA ASSOCIATE  JOB NUMBER 1265214 Review in-process and completed documentation. Review and approve notations to in-process and completed documents. Perform QA Line Verifications prior to line release in packaging. Interact closely with packaging to minimize number of documentation errors and deviations by proactively responding to situation as they occur. Facilitate record corrections to support production and batch release.

BAG PACKER  JOB   NUMBER    12683272 Pack bags of finished product in cases confirming the correct count in each case for each product. Check the date coding list for the correct date on each product. Assemble cases during downtime in preparation for the next run. Notify Lead of seal problems and bag defects. Manually close bags and rotate in the bag fill position when running paper bag products.

PACKAGING OPERATOR  JOB NUMBER 12679345  Perform filling and packaging operation. Verify line clearance, bulk product and literature to prevent product/literature mix-up. Release line by following all process instructions, completing documentation, and performing accurate calculations in the packaging records. Perform all functions on a line in a changeover and make minor adjustments to equipment. Learn to recognize and report any product quality-related deficiencies.
