NLHS Drama Nominated for Blumey Awards

If you were fortunate enough to see the North Lincoln High School Drama Club's presentation of "Beauty & the Beast" in March, you already know it was a great show!  Now the crew and cast are being recognized for their work with hominations for Blumey Awards presented annually by the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center of Charlotte. 

The play is being honored as one of three Tier 2 nominees for the Wells Fargo Best Musical Award.   Riley Washco has been nominated for a Best Actress Award for her peformance as Belle.  Harold Garcia was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for his role as LeFou. Emily Curry has been nominated for Best Student Stage Manager; Austin Howell for Best Student Set Designer;  Alaina Binger for Best Student Costume Designer; and the presentation was nominated for Best Overall Direction.
