Cardio Dance, Exercise Classes, More At Senior Center
Get up and dance! The center offers cardio dance on Mondays, 9-10 a.m. and an exercise class featuring low-intensity exercises from 10-11 a.m. The “Sassy Classy Seniors” low-impact exercise class meets on Thursdays, 10-11 a.m. then on Fridays another cardio dance class at 10 a.m.
