Micro Film Festival Gallery 27 is offering the chance to see the works of some up-and-coming filmmakers to be held Jan. 11, 7-9 p.m., and Jan. 12, 6-8 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. The film screenings will be followed by a discussion with local filmmakers. The same films will be shown each night, and popcorn and drinks will be provided. Gallery 27 is located at 808 NC-27 West in Lincolnton.
