Kids Video Game Design
To help young people understand the principles and applications of technology, the Catawba County Library is offering a series of computer coding classes focused on video game design. The classes take place every Wednesday through August 7 at 12:30 p.m. at the Sherrills Ford-Terrell Branch Library (9154 Sherrills Ford Road, Terrell, NC 28682). The courses teach students how to write simple programs using standard principles. They are based on Google CS First and MIT Scratch technologies.
