The Lincoln County Senior Center is inviting you to help in the fight against Alzheimers disease on Oct. 15 at 10:30 a.m. to paint the pumpkin purple to bring awareness to Alzheimers and other dementias. They will also be writing letters to our elected officials, advocating for continued funding for Alzheimers disease research. Donations may be made to the Alzheimers Disease Association while at the event. Reserve your spot for the pumpkin-painting event today by calling the senior center at (704) 732-9053.
