Banyen Teena Dedsakan Meeseree
November 23, 1962 - March 11, 2019

NEWTON, N.C. - Banyen Teena Dedsakan Meeseree, 56, of Newton passed away Monday, March 11, 2019 at Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory.

Teena was born November 23, 1962 in Chiang Mai,Thailand to the late Keaw Dedsakan and Jonson Dedsakan. She was a member of Lahu Baptist Church in Newton.

She is survived by husband Mark Meeseree of Newton; son Jonathan Meeseree of the home; two daughters Jenny Meeseree of Kannapolis, Marisza Meeseree of Raleigh; brother Tongkham Dedsakan of Chiang Mai, Thailand; and mother Jonson Dedsakan of Chiang Mai,Thailand.

The funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 18, 2019 at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Newton.

Burial will follow in Southside Cemetery at 4:30 p.m.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 17, 2019 from 4 p.m. until 5 p.m. at Burke Mortuary & Crematory in Newton.

Memorials may be made to Lahu Baptist Church, 710 E. 20th Street Newton, NC 28658.
