Paul Leroy Keller
November 14, 1944 - March 11, 2019

HICKORY, N.C. Paul Leroy Keller, 74, of Hickory passed away on Monday, March 11, 2019 at Autumn Care of Drexel.

He was born November 14, 1944 in Catawba County to the late Paul E. and Nora Lail Keller. Paul was a member of Christ Church-Fairgrove in Conover and a United States Army veteran. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Roger Keller and Robert Keller.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 52 years Joyce Hubbard Keller of the home; sons Stephen Keller and wife Lara of Connelly Springs, Michael Keller and wife Kellie of Connelly Springs; daughter Kim Huffman and husband Chris of Newton; brother Gerald Keller of Conover; sister Paula Keller of Hickory; grandchildren Bradley Keller, Jacob Keller, Chance Keller and Kyle Van Horn; great-grandchildren Kylie Van Horn and Karter Van Horn.

A memorial service followed by military honors by American Legion Post 16 will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 2 p.m. at North Newton Baptist Church. Rev. Mickey Propst will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 16, 2019 from 12:30j p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at North Newton Baptist Church.
