Jacky "Jack" Ray Light
March 11, 1956 - June 25, 2020

IRON STATION, N.C. - Jacky “Jack” Ray Light, age 64, of Foxdale Lane passed away Friday, June 25, 2020 at home.

He was born March 11, 1956 in Logan County, W.Va. to the late Walter Lee and Sarah Mae Flynn Light.

Jack loved his family, but he especially loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 42 years, Zora Phillips Light; a grandchild, Angel; brother, Danny Light; and sister, Peggy Goodall.

He is survived by his sons, Jacky Light Jr. and wife Mandy Kristina of Iron Station and Walter Light of Iron Station; daughter, Betty Adams of Iron Station; grandchildren, LeeAnna Burns and husband Josh, Christian Austin, and Katelyn Owens; great-grandchildren, Logan Clark, Elijah Burns, Lian Owens and Adlynn Burns; siblings Walter Light Jr., Annie Abernathy, Linda Vandall, Mary Koliha, and Norma Vickers; numerous nieces and nephews. Jack also had many friends, and he never met a stranger. He will defiantly be missed.

His family will host a private memorial gathering at a later date.
