Nancy Phyllis Boyles Houser
May 18, 1939 - October 16, 2020

VALE, N.C. - Nancy Phyllis Boyles Houser, age 81, of Highway 27 in Vale, died on Friday, October 16, 2020.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2020, at Reeps Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Gary Fulker officiating.

Mrs. Houser was born May 18, 1939, in Lincoln County, to the late George Dewey Boyles and Pearl Houser Boyles. In addition, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gene Houser; two sisters, Mozelle Jarrett and Ardie Sue Boyles; and three brothers, Dan Boyles, Bill Boyles, and Robert Boyles.

She is survived by a son, Michael Tim Houser of the home; two daughters, Barbara Parker, and husband Fred, and Phyllis Buchanan, and husband Bobby, all of Vale; a brother, Bud Boyles, and wife Pat, of Vale; three sisters, Ida Burton of Vale, Doris Bobbitt of Bessemer City, and Peggy Bumgarner of Cherryville; three granddaughters, Chelsea Goble, and husband Blake, Lauren Enlow, and husband Nathan, and Jenna Shull, and husband Dillon; and five great-grandchildren, Amberlin, Julian and Copelan Enlow, and Willow and Liam Goble.

Warlick Funeral Home of Lincolnton, N.C. is serving the Houser family.
