Thomas Everett Rayfield Jr.
April 2, 1946 - January 9, 2021

Thomas Everett Rayfield Jr., passed away January 8, 2021 at Catawba Valley Medical Center.

Thomas was born on April 2, 1946 in Gaston County to the late Thomas Everett and Lona Bell Rayfield Sr. He was retired from the textile industry and was a proud veteran who served his country in the U.S. Army.

Thomas is survived by one sister, Gloria Dean Seagle; two nephews Ivey Dale Pressley and Michael Allen Pressley; two grandnephews Christopher Pressley and Nathaniel Pressley; one grandniece Kendall Pressley, one great-grandnephew, Theo Butch, and many other cherished relatives and friends.

The Rayfield family will have a graveside service at 1 p.m. on January 13, 2021 at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Lincolnton.

E.F. Drum Funeral Home of Lincolnton, N.C. is serving the Rayfield family.
