DENVER, N.C. - Catherine “Cat” Coker Glasco, 71, of Denver, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Catawba Valley Medical Center.
She was born December 12, 1950 to the late Coy Leon Coker and Ruby Davidson Coker. Cat attended Friendly Chapel Baptist Church in Maiden.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Leanna Glasco.
Those left to cherish her memory is her husband of 50 years Loran Glasco of the home; son Loran Glasco Jr. of Hickory; brothers David Coker and wife Debbie of Batesville, Ark., Steve Kearby of Elgin, Ill, Jeffrey Coker of Denver; and grandson Alec Glasco.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 1-2:30 p.m. at Friendly Chapel Baptist Church in Maiden. A service to celebrate Cat’s life will be held on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Emerson Funeral Home, 1629 E Nettleton Ave., Jonesboro, AK 72401. Rev. Wyndel King will officiate. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland, Ark.
