Virtual Spring Cooking Class On Tuesday, May 17 at 6:30 p.m. April from Catawba County  Cooperative Extension will teach how to cook seasonally and healthfully using spring ingredients. This class is completely virtual and can be enjoyed from the comfort of your home where you can cook along with April. An ingredient list will be provided if you would like to cook along.
