ECA Fried Apple Pies Available: The Lincoln County Extension and Community Association (ECA) will be selling fried apple pies the whole month of August! Price for a fried pie is $3.50. Place your order on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of the week and pick-up your order on Thursday or Friday. Pick-up will be in the demonstration kitchen on the 1st floor of the James W. Warren Citizens Center, 115 West Main Street, Lincolnton. An ECA member will call you when your order is ready! (Most Likely After Lunch)The Lincoln County Extension and Community Association has been making fried pies since 1974. The fried pies are the clubs major fund-raiser, which in turn finances many of the activities that the organization does for the community. Such activities include four $1,000 scholarships for a student at each of the Lincoln County High Schools.
