TO: REBEKAH DERNBACH, BIOLOGICAL MOTHER OF REECE JEAN ROBERTSON A CAUCASIAN MALE, BORN ON APRIL 22, 2011 IN GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to respond to the Amended Petition for Adoption in this action, a copy of which is hereby served upon you and to serve a copy of your response on the subscriber at her address, Brana J. Williams, Indigo Family Law, LLC, 2055 Glenns Bay Road, Surfside Beach, South Carolina, 29575, within thirty (30) days after service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer Amended Petition for Adoption within the time aforesaid, the Petitioners in this action will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Amended Petition.
REBEKAH DERNBACH, YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an adoption proceeding was filed in Family Court of Georgetown County on July 13, 2020 and an Amended Petition was filed in Family Court of Georgetown County on March 29, 2021, and in the Petition, you are named as the Mother of the minor child Reece Jean Robertson a Caucasian male, born on April 22, 2011 in Georgetown County, South Carolina.
SCOTTY ROBERTSON, YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an adoption proceeding was filed in Family Court of Georgetown County on July 13, 2020 and an Amended Petition was filed in Family Court of Georgetown County on March 29, 2021, and in the Petition, you are alleged to be the father of the minor child Reece Jean Robertson a Caucasian male, born on April 22, 2011 in Georgetown County, South Carolina.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED, that if Notice to Contest, Intervene or otherwise Respond is filed by you with the Court within thirty (30) days of the receipt of this Notice, you will be given an opportunity to appear and be heard prior to the Final Hearing. To file notice to contest, intervene or otherwise respond, you must notify The Clerk of Court for Georgetown County, as well as the Chief Administrative Judge for the Family Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, at the Georgetown County Family Court, at 401 Cleland Street, Georgetown, South Carolina 29440 or mailing address P.O. Box 479, Georgetown, South Carolina 29442. All of the above-named must be informed, and must be kept advised, or your current address throughout the adoption proceedings.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED, that your failure to respond within thirty (30) days of this Notice of Adoption Proceedings constitutes your consent to this adoption and the forfeiture of all your rights and obligations with respect to the child who is the subject of this action. It is further alleged that your consent to this adoption is not required under S.C. Code Ann. Section 63-9-310 and that your parental rights should be terminated pursuant to South Carolina Code of Laws §63-7-2570(3) and The South Carolina Code of Laws §63-7-2570(4).
YOU ARE FINALLY NOTIFIED that this notice is given pursuant to the S.C, Code Ann. Section 63-9-730 (E). The petition was filed on July 13, 2020 and the amended Petition was filed on March 29, 2021.
