The town of Stanley held a ceremony Friday (June 28th) to announce the beginning of a construction project that will double the size of its Town Hall, adding a Council chamber, conference room, kitchen, offices, restrooms and more.

The Town Hall is located at  416 Hwy. 27 South, directly across the street from the Bi-Lo in Stanley.  Photographer Bill Ward was there and provided us with these photos.
