Catawba County, Newton-Conover & Hickory Schools will operate on a three-hour delay Friday (Dec. 13th).  As of 6 AM Friday, no change in schedule had been announced for Lincoln, Gaston & Cleveland County Schools; but Lincoln County Schools issued a news release about how they make and communicate weather-related decisions.
