23-Year-Old Driver Loses Control Crashes Into Trees

Car Crash Sends 23 Year Old To Hospital

IRON STATION, N.C. - A 23-year-old white male driving a 2004 Honda crashed into several trees off of Brevard Place Road near Old Plank Road, Tuesday morning, May 12,  at 12:07 a.m

According to Highway Patrol Officer F. Odell, The driver drifted off to the right, over corrected and crashed into several trees.

The driver, whose name has not been released, was transported to Gaston Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries.

No drugs or alcohol played a part in this incident. Alexis Fire Department, Lincoln County EMS, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department and NC Highway Patrol responded to the scene.
