Officers searched the bags in the vehicle and seized methamphetamine, LSD, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and more than $2,600 in cash. Information gathered at the scene was used to secure a search warrant for the residence on Gladstone Lane, Maiden, NC. The driver of the vehicle, Ivey Pinkney Loftin III, 47, of Gastonia Highway, Lincolnton, NC was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver Schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken before a Lincoln County magistrate and placed in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond.
Steven Curtis Fisher, 41, of Gladstone Lane, Maiden, NC is charged with possession of a controlled substance Schedule I, possession of a controlled substance Schedule IV, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance Schedule II, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is in jail under a $25,000 secured bond.
Hannah Ovita Friday, 27, of Oak Canopy Road, Lincolnton, NC was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
Investigating officers were Sgt. A. Sutton and patrol deputies J.Dunigan, J. Counts, and G. Killian.
