Evidence Leads To Suspected Drug House

LINCOLNTON, N.C. – Lincoln Sheriff’s Office Charlie District deputies developed evidence Thursday (May 7, 2020) reference an ongoing narcotics investigation and secured enough information to obtain a search warrant for a residence at 733 A.C. Sherrill Road, Denver, NC.

The search warrant was granted for the residence, an outbuilding, and Keymandy Deshawn Williamson, who lives at the residence and was believed to be selling narcotics out of home.

Charlie District deputies along with narcotics investigators and Baker District deputies went to the residence where they made entry without incident through an unlocked door. Officers went to the outbuilding where they found multiple subjects inside. All were detained while the search warrant was executed. A thorough search was conducted and multiple items related to the sale and distribution of illegal narcotics were located.

The following items were seized during the operation from individuals:

Keymandy Deshawn Williamson, 37, of A C Sherrill Road, Denver, NC – more than 311 grams of marijuana separated in a large metal container and glass jars, a shotgun, and $300 in U.S. currency

William Malik Nixon, 24, Devine Road, Iron Station, NC – 62 grams of marijuana separated in a grocery bag and glass jar, $1,134 in U. S. currency and an I-Phone.

Darius Javonte Cunningham, 24, Meadowland Drive, Lincolnton, NC – 39 grams of marijuana in a grocery bag, a box of quart size plastic bags, and digital scales.

Williamson was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver Schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling for the sale of narcotics, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a weapon of mass destruction, felony conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given a $50,000 secured bond and placed in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center.

Nixon and Cunningham were charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver Schedule VI controlled substance, felony conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000 secured each for Nixon and Cunningham.
