GASTONIA, N.C. - Gaston County Police are renewing a search for Jamie Michelle Fraley. Next week will be the seventh anniversary of her disappearance in 2008.

Fraley was reported missing from 1850 Lowell Bethesda Road in Gastonia.  She was 22-years-old when she disappeared and would be 29 now. Fraley was described as a white female, 4-foot 8-inches tall, with blonde hair and brown eyes.  She weighed 90 pounds when she was reported missing.

Fraley was a student at Gaston College.  On the day she disappeared, she went to the bathroom complaining of pain in her abdomen.  She suffered from anxiety and bipolar disorder.  She had to get rides to and from school since she did not have a driver's license.

On the day she disappeared, she made two trips to the emergency room at the hospital leaving the first time because of the long wait.  Around midnight she spoke with her mother from home and said she wanted to go back to the hospital.  She also talked on the phone with a friend who heard her say, "I have to go, my ride is here.  He is here."

Her keys were found locked inside her home and her wallet was also there.  A utility worker found her cell phone on the side of New Hope Road three miles from her residence two days later.

A reward is being offered for information that solves this case.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Gaston County Police at 704-866-3320 or Gaston CrimeStoppers at 704-861-8000.
