LINCOLNTON, N.C. – A nine-month long investigation by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office narcotics division led to the arrest of one person and seizure of drugs and cash.
Narcotics officers along with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team executed a search warrant at a residence at 1145 Rose Hill Drive, Lincolnton, NC around 8 a.m. on April 7, 2022 and took one individual into custody without incident.
The arrest was the result of the lengthy investigation where narcotics officers were able to make several purchases of controlled substances from the residence. During the search today, investigators seized 2-point-5 grams of methamphetamine and 129 grams of marijuana. They also seized several hundred dollars in cash.
Teresa Leann Riffle, 38, of 1145 Rose Hill Drive, Lincolnton, NC was charged with three counts of sale and deliver marijuana, three counts of sale and deliver methamphetamine, four counts of possession with the intent to sale and deliver marijuana, four counts of possession with intent to sale and deliver methamphetamine and seven counts of maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of sale and deliver a controlled substance.
Riffle was taken before a Lincoln County magistrate and placed in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $113,000 secured bond.
