With the current housing shortage and the prospect of making big profits, developers are pushing forward with proposed new projects all over the area.  Lincoln County Commissioners and the County Planning Board will hold a joint meeting on Monday June 6th (6:30 PM) at the Citizens Center, and it's likely to be a marathon session.

More Parking Coming Soon
Finding a parking spot in downtown Lincolnton is about to get easier.  The court functions will soon be moving to the new courthouse off E. Gaston St.  That will free up multiple spaces, especially on court days; and a new parking expansion will soon provide more parking just off the Courtsquare.
