In addition to Douglas Glenn Queen Jr. pleading guilty on Jan. 9, Ashley Nichole Lattimore plead guilty on Jan. 11. She was sentenced to a minimum of 240 months and a maximum of 348 months followed by 30 months supervised probation when she is released from prison.

On January 9, 2019 Douglas Glenn Queen Jr., 29, of Koliha Lane, Maiden appeared in Lincoln County Superior Court on charges first degree statutory sex offense, indecent liberties with a child and felony child abuse. Ashley Nichole Lattimore, 27, also of Koliha Lane, Maiden, NC, is facing the same charges.
