Atkins Named Long Leaf Pine Winner
Lincoln County Manager Kelly Atkins, who has announced his retirement at the end of this month, attended his last meeting of the Lincoln County Commissioners Monday night (June 20th).  At the beginning of the meeting, County Commission Chairman Carrol Mitchem announced that Atkins had been named to the Order of the Long Leaf Pine.
