LPD Needs Help To Identify Mural Vandalism Suspect

LINCOLNTON, N.C. - On Tuesday, July 14 at approximately 10:13 p.m. someone vandalized the “United We Stand” mural located on North Poplar Street beside First Federal Park by doing a tire burn out across the mural.

The suspect is a white male driving a dark colored fullsize pickup truck. The pickup truck appears to be two-tone with a gray/silver or a chrome piece running across the bottom of the truck. Witnesses advised the truck was possibly a Dark Green Chevrolet Silverado 1500.

If anyone has any information regarding this case please contact the Lincolnton Police Department at 704-736-8900 or Lincoln County CrimeStoppers at 704-736-8909. You could possibly receive a reward up to $1,000.
