The North Lincoln Knights JVs faced what was expected to be their toughest test: taking on the also undefeated Bandys JVs Thursday evening in a game that would decide the South Fork Conference JV championship.  They won it as they had their other nine games this season--by a comfortable margin.

North beat Bandys 26-14 giving the Knights JVs a 10-0 record for the year.

North won six of the ten games by more than two touchdowns and the closest any team other than Bandys could come was a 13-point deficit.  The North Lincoln varsity, which lost its first game of the season in overtime and has now won nine in a row, will play at Bandys Friday evening with the expectation of finishing the season with another win.  With the talent coming up from the JV team, the Knights should be conference title contenders for several years to come.

Maiden beat Lincolnton in their JV game Thursday evening 40-16.
