LINCOLNTON, N.C. – Interested in preparing simple, healthy and delicious food for you and your family? Interested in eating the Mediterranean way but you’re not quite sure where to start? Then these two classes with the Lincoln County Cooperative Extension will start you on your way!
Cook Smart, Eat Smart (4-Sessions), June 24; July 1, 8, 15; 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. --- Simple preparation, simple ingredients, simple equipment. Registration fee is $40 and you must pre-register.
Med Instead Of Meds (6-Sessions), June 18, 25; July 2, 9, 16, 23; 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. --- Explore 7-simple steps to eating the Med Way. Learn Med tips, life hacks, and recipes that will help you eat the Med Way every day. Great tasting and good for you! The simple, delicious, and satisfying Med Way of eating will keep you coming back for more. $10 registration fee to cover food costs. You must pre-register.
Both classes will be held at the James W. Warren Citizens Center, 115 W. Main St., Lincolnton, NC 28092.
