ALEXIS, N.C. – Tri-County Animal Rescue has this 1-year-old Pug mix named Gabe as our Pet of the Week. This little man weighs about 21 pounds and will stay small. Gabe is a quiet little boy that is perfectly content to sit at your feet for hours and hours. He gets along with other animals and loves people of all ages. Gabe has short hair so grooming is a bath and towel dry. Gabe is neutered, current on vaccines and micro-chipped. Please come meet little Gabe this Saturday.
Pugs are clowns at heart, but they carry themselves with dignity. Pugs are playful dogs, ready and able for games, but they are also lovers, and must be close to their humans. Pugs love to be the center of attention, and are heartsick if ignored. Personality-wise, Pugs are happy and affectionate, loyal and charming, playful and mischievous. They are very intelligent, however, they can be willful, which makes training challenging.
BIG DOG Pet of the Week
The Tri-County Animal Rescue BIG DOG Pet of the Week is this beautiful Hound/Golden Retriever mix named Keif. Keif is 2-years-old, good with people, and loves to be outside. He weighs 46 pounds. He is neutered, current on vaccines and micro-chipped. Please give this big boy a chance to become part of your family! He will be looking for you this weekend.
If you are looking for an addition to your family, please come out and meet our adoptable pets this weekend. Many pets will be at the Gastonia PetSmart located at 3698 East Franklin Boulevard this Saturday noon to 6 p.m.
