Pilot Club of Lincolnton
Press Release

LINCOLNTON, N.C. The Pilot Club of Lincolnton met Monday, March 18 at Carillon Assisted Living Center.   President Kim Bost initiated their newest member, Stephanie Studdard, and presented her with a Pilot pin, tote bag and yearbook.

Stephanie became interested in Pilot because of their service focus on brain related disorders. The Lincolnton club sponsors an autistic child each year at the Surfers Healing Event held in Wrightsville Beach, N.C.   All North Carolina Pilot Clubs participate in this event as well.

Pilot International is a global organization of approximately 16,000 adult and youth members who are working together to improve the quality of life in local communities and throughout the world.  Pilot’s service focus is Anchor Clubs (Youth Development and Leadership), Brain Safety & Fitness, and Caring for Families in Times of Need (Caregivers) and BrainMinders through volunteer activities, projects and fundraisers.
