PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Performs general grounds maintenance work in municipal parks, cemetery, and city property. Repairs and maintains park equipment and buildings; paints facilities and buildings. Performs minor plumbing, masonry, carpentry and electrical work. Picks up trash and garbage and disposes of same; empties trash containers. Perform filling and packaging operation. Verify line clearance, bulk product and literature to prevent product/literature mix-up. Operate and set up filter, carton and labeler and accurately perform all quality checks and documentation per company SOPs, SOFs and cGMPs. Release line by following all process instructions, completing documentation, and performing accurate calculations in the packaging records.

As a team member, you will pick up and deliver propane to customer locations as well as provide exceptional customer service to current and future customers. Delivery drivers can expect to work local routes and be home every night; however, on-call rotations for after hours and weekend emergency deliveries may be needed.

ELECTRICIAN/ELECTRICIAN HELPER

Employer seeking one electrician and one helper. Need a helper or journeyman for primarily commercial and some residential work. A senior electrician helper must have at least 12 months experience but an electrician license is not required. Willing to train someone with no electrical experience.
