ALEXIS, N.C. - Be prepared for wagging tails, wet noses & unconditional love! Tri-County Animal Rescue will be hosting a HUGE adoption event this weekend at PetSmart in Gastonia.  We will be available with dogs and cats Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Please come out and adopt.  Adopt…don’t buy!

Our featured pets for this week are five Dachshund mix pups that are 13-weeks-old, seven Beagle mix pups that are 10-weeks-old, Sam the 6-month-old male Blue Heeler mix, and Boo the 7-month-old female Husky mix.  Our big dog pet of the week is Marley the 6-year-old female Husky/Shepherd mix.  They all want to win your heart.  All the pets are current on distemper/parvo vaccines, micro-chipped, spayed/neutered and had multiple de-wormings.

We also have cats, kittens, guinea pigs and a rabbit.

Please stop in to visit the pets this weekend at PetSmart in Gastonia because the dogs and cats love the attention.  They will be looking for you so come on out for some family fun.  We will have many pets available for adoption at the Gastonia PetSmart located at 3698 East Franklin Boulevard.  Tri-County Animal Rescue will be available Friday from 6-9 p.m., Saturday noon to 6 p.m. and Sunday 2-6 p.m.  Don’t forget!
