The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and Planning Board will hold a joint meeting and public hearings on Monday, April 1, 2019, at 6:30 PM to consider the following matters:
CUP #400 Timothy Covington, applicant (Parcel ID# 31742) A request for a conditional use permit to allow a detached garage to be located in front of a house on a lot adjacent to Lake Norman. The 0.8-acre lot is located at 8078 McConnell Road in Catawba Springs Township.
ZMA #659 Damon Lusk, applicant (Parcel ID# 101007) A request to rezone 0.9 acres from B-N (Neighborhood Business) to I-G (General Industrial). The property, part of a 1.0-acre parcel, is located on the east side of NC-16 Business about 700 feet north of the northern end of Denver Industrial Park Road in Catawba Springs Township.
