Press Release

MAIDEN, N.C. - Todd Tilghman, season 18 winner of NBC’s The Voice, will be performing in Maiden on Saturday, May 28 at 6 p.m.

Tilghman is set to be part of a Memorial Day weekend concert to be held at Living Word Church on Saturday, May 28, 2022.  The event, Not Forgotten, will be a tribute to all who have given their lives in service to our county.

Jack Little, of the host group The Littles, says, “We are excited to be bringing this very special concert to Maiden. This will be an evening of great gospel music with a patriotic emphasis to pay tribute to the men and women who sacrificed their all so that we might continue to enjoy the freedoms we possess.  We are especially excited to have Todd Tilghman join us. Not only is he a fantastic singer, he’s just a great person. His music, described as a “slice of life”, will be an encouragement to all.”

Along with The Littles and Todd Tilghman will be Gospel Music Hall of Fame members The Hoppers.  Known as America’s First Family of Gospel Music, The Hoppers have shared their music all over the world and have won multiple awards in the Gospel Music industry.

Little states, “The Hoppers are no strangers to those who follow Gospel music and are always a crowd favorite.  We have hosted them several times over the past six years and are glad to have them back.”

Living Word Church is located at 923 Island Ford Rd., Maiden, NC 28650.  Tickets are available online at iTickets.com (search Not Forgotten) https://www.itickets.com/events/463252, Living Word Church, and Burke Mortuary in Maiden.  Doors open at 5 p.m., concert begins at 6 p.m. General Admission is $20, Gold Circle $25.
