CROUSE, N.C. – Please join the Crouse Community History and Photo Project on Tuesday, September 10 at 4 p.m. as they continue to celebrate eight years of accumulating, organizing, identifying, cataloging and archiving photos and documents pertaining to the history and families of the Crouse community.

They will take a trip “Way Back” to enjoy some of the earliest collections submitted and remember all of the wonderful people who made this project possible.

Photo scanning will be available from 3-3:45 p.m. with the digital photo presentation at 4 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at Crouse United Methodist Church, 3311 Crouse School Road, Crouse, NC 28033 (GPS Address).

The support and participation from the residents of Crouse has been unbelievable the past eight years as visitors to the meetings continue to identify people from the Crouse community, just different generations.

Each meeting is filled with the enjoyment of identifying faces and places tied to this community and they smile with tear filled eyes as they remember those who are gone.

MISSION STATEMENT: "The Crouse Community History and Photo Project’s mission is to accumulate, organize, identify, catalog, archive and preserve the memories, photographs and documents pertaining to the history and families of the Crouse community.”

This a free event and open to the public, come and remember with them!

For more information please call Mona Ramsey at 704-736-1440.
