National Night Out

Lincoln County Sheriff's
Office Press Release

Lincoln County Emergency Services (NCSHP, Sheriff’s Office, Wildlife, Fire Departments and EMS) will be hosting National Night Out on August 5th at the Walmart in Denver from 5:00-9:00 PM.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes first responder-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement and first responders while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police, first responders, and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

While National Night Out is still over a month away, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office wants to encourage our local neighborhoods to come and set up a booth at our event representing your neighborhood. For more information visit lincolncolntynno.com. There is a link there to register [click on REGISTRATION FORM] if you would like to participate. CLICK HERE for a direct link to the registration form.  The deadline for registration is July 23, 2021.

The NNO will include:

  • Interactive activities for both children and adults.
  • All types of vehicles and equipment used every day by First Responders.
  • Get to talk to people that protect you 24 hours a day.
  • Have fun with games, slides, etc.
  • Enjoy the live music.
  • Try some local merchant foods.
  • Get to know your neighbors.
