Danny Joe Little
June 9, 1945 - April 24, 2019

CONOVER, N.C. - Danny Joe Little, 73, of Conover passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory.

He was born June 9, 1945 in Catawba County to the late Fred Hinkle Little and Ruth Townsend Little. Danny was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church in Conover.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ken Little.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 53 years Mary Fox Little of the home; son Richard Little and wife Miranda of Conover; brothers Glenn Little of Conover, Eddie Little and wife Robin of Conover, Fred M. Little and wife Vickie of Conover; sister Margaret Morrison and husband Gene of Maiden; grandchildren Randall, Adam and Chelsea Bowman; great-grandchildren Blair, Blaine and Adrian Bowman; and K-9 Companion Sparky.

A service to celebrate Danny’s life will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 2 p.m. at St. Peter’s. Lutheran Church in Conover. Rev. Kevin Graudin and Lay Minister Eric Hauss will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family received friends on Friday, April 26, 2019 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church.

Memorials may be made to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 6175 St. Peter’s Church Rd., Conover, NC 28613.
