Terry Lee Whitesides
August 8, 1956 - April 5, 2020

SHELBY - Terry Lee Whitesides, age 63, of 1108 New Prospect Church Road in Shelby, N.C., died on Sunday, April 5, 2020.

Terry was born August 8, 1956, in Lincoln County, to the late Fletcher and Ruth Long Whitesides. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son, Jaden Lee Whitesides; two sisters, Sandra Carpenter and Darlene Gantt; and a brother, Kenny Whitesides. He worked at Timken as an air conditioning technician.

He is survived by his wife, Carmen Whitesides of the home; a son, Shannon Whitesides of Lincolnton; two stepsons, Sean Childers of Hawaii, and Julian Zambardo of Shelby; and a sister, Lana Bollinger and husband Gary of Lincolnton.

A private graveside service will be held for immediate family members.

Warlick Funeral Home of Lincolnton, N.C. is serving the Whitesides family.
