Robert Lee Dover
August 2, 1941 - April 3, 2020

GROVER, N.C. - Mr. Robert Lee Dover, 78, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2020 at Testa Family Hospice House in Kings Mountain.

Robert was born on August 2, 1941 in Blacksburg, S.C. a son of the late Tom Dover and Frances Philbeck Dover. He retired from Beam's Landscaping in Shelby.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Mary Dixon Dover of Kings Mountain; two daughters, Shirley Williams and husband Andy of Grover and Ann Dean and husband Kenny of Charleston, S.C.; three grandchildren, Ashley Williams of Grover, James Dean and Kimberley Dean both of Charleston, S.C.; two sisters, Cleo Martin and Geneva Jackson; four brothers, Leroy Jackson, Broad Jackson, W.C. "Duck" Jackson and Floyd Jackson.

Services will be private.
