James Samuel Hendricks
August 29, 1933 - April 24, 2020

MAIDEN, N.C. - James Samuel Hendricks, age 86, of Maiden passed away Friday, April 24, 2020 at his residence.

Born August 29, 1933 in Lincoln County, he was the son of the late Roach and Janie Schronce Hendricks. James served in the Army during the Korean War. He was retired from Broyhill Furniture.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

Left to cherish his memory wife Dot Byers Hendricks of the home; son Randy Hendricks and wife Judy of Maiden; two grandchildren Matt Hendricks of Maiden, Jennifer Stice of Maiden; two great-grandchildren Skyler Stice and Zackery Hendricks.

A private graveside service will be held Monday, April 27, 2020 at Lawings Chapel Baptist Church in Maiden with Rev. Jason Canipe officiating.
