LINCOLNTON, N.C. – Kenneth “David” Heavner sadly passed away on June 15, 2020 in Cape Neddick, Maine.
David was born August 20, 1941 in Lincolnton and grew up on 1007 South Aspen Street in Lincolnton. He was the son of the late Kenneth David Heavner Sr. and Georgette Wheelock Brown Heavner and brother of the late Michael Reinhardt Heavner. David left Lincolnton at the age of 17 to see the world and that he did! His wish upon his death was to be brought home to Lincolnton to rest in peace and it is my honor to see that his wish is granted.
All relatives and friends of David are warmly invited to welcome David home at A Celebration of his Life on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 9 a.m. with a Graveside Service officiated at Hollybrook Cemetery (E. McBee St., Lincolnton, NC 28092) with a Breakfast Reception following at The Laboratory Mill (848 Southfork Rd., Lincolnton, NC 28092) from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
